CALL FOR PROPOSALS (EXTENDED); Incorporation of social safeguards into the Certified Gorilla FriendlyTM initiative

International Gorilla Conservation Programme (IGCP) in partnership with Wildlife Friendly Enterprise Network (WFEN seeks to hire the services of an expert in the field of human rights, community empowerment, or similar field to provide independent, external review as short term capacity assistance to the IGCP and WFEN in reinforcing social safeguards in its work broadly, and specifically at as it relates to the Certified Gorilla FriendlyTM initiative.

 The consultant should have demonstrated experience with social safeguard policies and implementation for conservation programmes and demonstrated experience with tourism initiatives benefiting communities involved in conservation efforts.
